DEA Finance calls €400 million 7½% senior notes due 2022 at 103.75

Morgantown, W.Va., April 18 – DEA Finance SA issued a notice of conditional redemption for its €400 million 7½% senior notes due 2022.

The notes will be redeemed on May 1 at 103.75 plus accrued interest from April 15 to but excluding the redemption date, plus any additional amounts, for a total redemption payment of €1,040.833 per €1,000 note.

The redemption is conditioned on the issuer receiving necessary funds to redeem the notes and completion of a contribution of shares in DEA Deutsche Erdoel AG into Wintershall Holding GmbH against the issuance of new shares in Wintershall.

The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch is the agent.

The Luxembourg-based issuer is a subsidiary of DEA AG, an oil and gas company based in Hamburg Germany.
