Anheuser-Busch InBev calls all €750 million 2.25% notes due 2020

Morgantown, W.Va., March 26 – Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV plans to redeem in full its €750 million 2.25% notes due Sept. 24, 2020 on April 25, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at a make-whole price equal to the sum of the present values of the remaining scheduled payments of principal and interest discounted to the redemption date on an annual basis at the yield to maturity of the reference bond plus 20 basis points. The make-whole amount will be calculated on April 18.

The issuer is a brewery based in Leuven, Belgium.
