Airspeed plans to partially redeem class G-1, G-2 notes in April

By Sarah Lizee

Olympia, Wash., March 22 – Airspeed Ltd. plans to redeem in part its class G-1 notes and class G-2 notes on the next payment date occurring in April, according to a notice.

The company said the partial redemptions are being made in connection with the sale of one or more of its aircraft.

Airspeed had previously entered into a purchase agreement to sell its MSN 2112, MSN 2312 and MSN 29640 aircraft and planned to apply the proceeds to redeem the notes.

The proceeds are being received periodically throughout the delivery period, which has been extended to April 30, as each individual aircraft is sold.

Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas is the trustee.
