Norway’s Sbanken buys back NOK 1.3 billion of 1.63% notes due 2019

Chicago, Jan. 9 – Sbanken Boligkreditt AS bought back NOK 1.3 billion of its 1.63% notes due Oct. 29, 2019.

After the repurchase, there is NOK 2.7 billion of the notes left outstanding, according to the notice.

The notes were issued in 2015.

Sbanken is a vehicle for funding residential mortgages for Sbanken group. It issues covered bonds based on residential mortgages. Sbanken Boligkreditt was formerly known as Skandiabanken Boligkreditt AS and changed its name on Nov. 6, 2017. The company is based in Bergen, Norway.
