Langton Securities (2008-1) gets OK to amend two series of floaters

Chicago, Nov. 16 – Langton Securities (2008-1) plc said it secured holder approval to amend its £1,250,640,000 of class A2 floating-rate notes and £2.5 billion of class Z floating-rate notes, each due 2054 and issued March 23, 2011.
The written resolution for each class of notes has passed and the proposals were implemented, effective Nov. 15, according to a notice.
As reported Nov. 9, the issuer was looking to modify the repayment terms of the notes and the corresponding loan tranche.
The deadline for voting was noon ET on Nov. 15.

The issuers are special-purpose companies formed under London-based Santander UK, a provider of personal financial services, mortgages and savings.
