DNB Bank to redeem €750 million subordinated notes due 2023 on Sept. 26

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 31 – DNB Bank ASA announced it will redeem all of its outstanding €750 million dated subordinated notes due 2023 on Sept. 26.

Citibank, NA is the paying agent.

DNB Bank is an Oslo-based financial services group.
