Airgas sets redemption price for $400 million 3.05% notes due 2020

Minneapolis, Dec. 20 – Airgas, Inc. set the price for its redemption of $400 million of 3.05% notes due Aug. 1, 2020, according to a notice from the issuer.

The notes will be redeemed at 102.305 plus accrued interest on Dec. 21.

Airgas is a maker of specialty and industrial gases based in Radnor, Pa., that was acquired by Air Liquide, a Paris-based supplier of gases, technologies and services focused on oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen, in 2016.
