U.S. Bank calls floating-rate, 1.45% notes due Jan. 29, 2018

New York, Dec. 19 – U.S. Bank NA will redeem its floating-rate senior notes due Jan. 29, 2018 and its 1.45% senior notes also due Jan. 29, 2018 on Dec. 29, according to a news release.

Holders will receive par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date.

As previously reported, on Dec. 15 the bank announced that it will redeem its floating-rate senior notes due Jan. 26, 2018 and its 1.35% senior notes also due Jan. 26, 2018, both to be repaid on Dec. 26.

U.S. Bank is a subsidiary of Minneapolis-based U.S. Bancorp, the fifth largest commercial bank in the United States.
