Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 15 – Akademibokhandeln AKB AB (publ) will prepay SEK 25 million, or 5%, of its SEK 700 million senior secured callable floating-rate bonds on March 12 at a price of 103, according to a notice.

The record date will be March 5. As a result of the repayment, the nominal amount of each outstanding bond will be reduced on a pro rata basis.
