Airgas calls 3.05% notes due 2020 for redemption

New York, Nov. 21 – Airgas, Inc. will repay its $400 million of 3.05% notes due 2020 on Dec. 21, according to a notice from the issuer.

The redemption will be carried out via the notes’ make-whole provision, and holders will receive a price calculated using a rate of Treasuries plus 25 basis points.

Airgas will also pay accrued interest.

Airgas is a maker of specialty and industrial gases based in Radnor, Pa., that was acquired by Air Liquide, a Paris-based supplier of gases, technologies and services focused on oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen, in 2016.
