Caixa Economica redeems and cancels €250 million of its covered bonds

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 13 – Caixa Economica Montepio Geral redeemed and canceled €250 million of its floating-rate covered bonds due May 2024, according to a notice.

Following the redemption, €250 million of the notes remain outstanding.

The bank is based in Lisbon, Portugal.
