BPCE to repay $300 million deeply subordinated notes on July 27

New York, June 20 – BPCE said it will redeem its $300 million of deeply subordinated fixed-rate notes on July 27.

The company, formerly known as Caisse Nationale des Caisses D’Epargne et de Prevoyance, will repay the notes at par plus any amounts outstanding, according to a notice.

BPCE is a Paris-based provider of financial services.
