Energi Danmark gets tenders for DKK 289 million of floaters via Nordea

Chicago, June 16 – Nordea Bank AB (publ) said holders had tendered DKK 289 million of the DKK 500 million of floating-rate notes due June 26, 2017 issued by Energi Danmark A/S.

The tender offer ended at 6 a.m. ET on June 15.

Nordea will accept for purchase all of the tendered notes, according to an update on Friday.

As announced June 9, Nordea was tendering for a capped amount of the Energi floaters at a purchase price of 100.024% plus accrued interest up to but excluding the settlement date of June 22.

The dealer manager is Nordea Bank (www.nordealiabilitymanagement@nordea.com).

Energi supplies electricity and trades oil and gas products in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Germany. The company is based in Aarhus, Denmark.
