Cimarex Energy calls $496.58 million 5.875% notes due 2022 at 102.938

Chicago, April 13 – Cimarex Energy Co. issued a notice to redeem its $496,577,000 principal amount of outstanding 5.875% senior notes due 2022.

The notes will be redeemed at 102.938 on May 12, according to a company notice.

As previously noted, holders had tendered $253,423,000 of the $750 million 5.875% notes in the tender that ran from April 3 until 5 p.m. ET on April 7, with another $194,000 under guaranteed delivery procedures.

The cash purchase price was $1,031.67 per $1,000 principal amount of notes plus accrued interest up to but excluding the settlement date of April 10.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
