Bank of Ireland UK to redeem €32.01 million 7.4% perpetual preferreds

Columbus, Ohio, March 31 –Bank of Ireland UK Holdings plc plans to redeem its remaining €32,011,000 of 7.4% guaranteed step-up callable perpetual preferred securities on June 7, according to a notice.

Redemption notices are expected to be served between April 10 and May 5.

The subsidiary of the Governor and Co. of the Bank of Ireland is based in Dublin.
