Legal & General redeems all £600 million of 6.375% perpetual notes

Norfolk, Va., March 15 – Legal & General Group plc redeemed all £600 million of its 6.375% perpetual securities (ISIN: XS0296889073), according to a notice.

The notes, which were issued in 2007, were redeemed at par.

Legal & General, a financial services business, is based in London.
