Irish Life Assurance to redeem all step-up perpetual capital notes

Norfolk, Va., Jan. 9 – Irish Life Assurance plc plans to redeem the entire amount outstanding under its €200 million step-up perpetual capital notes, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The notes will be redeemed on Feb. 8.

Irish Life a life insurance and pensions company based in Dublin.
