Landesbank calls €50 million series 1, series 2 trust preferreds at par

Chicago, Aug. 26 – Landesbank Baden-Württemberg issued a call for the €21 million series 1 noncumulative trust preferred securities and €29 million series 2 noncumulative trust preferred securities issued by BW Bank Capital Funding Trust I.

The two series of preferreds will be redeemed on Sept. 30 at the liquidation preference amount of €1,000 per preferred, according to the redemption notice.

The preferreds were issued on Oct. 8, 1999.

Landesbank is the legal successor to Baden-Württembergische Bank AG. Landesbank is a universal bank and a commercial bank with a regional focus based in Stuttgart, Germany. BW Bank Capital Funding Trust I is a subsidiary of BW Capital Markets, Inc., based in New York.
