Kommunal Landspensjonskasse to redeem all €300 million fixed/floaters

Norfolk, Va., March 4 – Kommunal Landspensjonskasse Gjensidig Forsikringsselskap plans to redeem all of its outstanding €300 million fixed/floating-rate perpetual subordinated bonds, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The notes will be redeemed at par on April 11.

Citibank NA is the paying agent.

Kommunal Landspensjonskasse is an Oslo-based mutual insurance company.
