BPCE to redeem €52.36 million deeply subordinated notes on Sept. 30

Chicago, Aug. 20 – BPCE SA said it called €52,356,000 of its deeply subordinated fixed-rate notes.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on the first call date of Sept. 30, according to a notice.

Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch (44 20 7545 8000) is the fiscal agent, principal paying agent and calculation agent. Deutsche Bank AG, Paris Branch (33 1 44 95 93 93) is the Paris paying agent.

The financial services company is based in Paris.
