SCOR calling dollar notes due 2029, euro notes due 2020

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, June 2 – SCOR plans to call its outstanding dollar-denominated subordinated step-up floating rate notes due 2029 and euro-denominated subordinated step-up floating rate notes due 2020, according to a company news release.

The dollar notes are to be redeemed on June 25 and the euro notes on July 5, the company said.

The redemptions follow SCOR’s placement of €250 million of subordinated notes on the European market.

Based in Paris, SCOR is a group of financial services companies, primarily focused on reinsurance.
