BPCE to redeem €750 million of undated deeply subordinated notes

Norfolk, Va., Feb. 25 – BPCE SA called €750 million of its undated deeply subordinated notes, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on April 22.

Deutsche Bank AG London is the fiscal agent, principal paying and calculation agent. Deutsche Bank Luxembourg, SA is the Luxembourg paying agent.

The financial services company is based in Paris.
