Themeleion Mortgage Finance calls €750 million mortgage-backed floaters

Norfolk, Va., Feb. 20 – Themeleion Mortgage Finance plc called €750 million from three series of its mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due 2036, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

Specifically, the company will redeem €693.5 million of class A, €32 million of class B and €24.5 million of class C floaters.

The notes will be redeemed in full at par plus accrued interest on March 27.

Themeleion is a London-based subsidiary of Evrobanka EFG štedionica.
