Carrefour expects to accept €150.08 million 2.875% notes for purchase

Tacoma, Wash., July 21 – Carrefour Banque received tenders for €287,082,000 principal amount of its €710 million 2.875% bonds due Sept. 25, 2015 and expects to accept €150,077,000 principal amount of those notes for purchase, according to a company news release.

The company offered to repurchase up to €150 million principal amount of the notes.

The tender offer expired at 10 a.m. ET on July 16. The company expected to determine pricing at 7 a.m. ET on July 17, to announce the final results of the offer shortly thereafter and to settle the offer on July 21.
