Salt Creek Pass Through Trust calls $327.21 million of certificates

Norfolk, Va., Feb. 24 - Salt Creek Pass Through Trust 2004 plans to redeem all $327,208,000 of its 5.672% series 2004 pass-through certificates due Dec. 15, 2028, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on March 17.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
