Fortress Credit Investments plans to redeem $544.11 million of notes

Minneapolis, June 11 - Fortress Credit Investments I Ltd. and Fortress Credit Investments II Ltd. plan to redeem $435,292,000 and $108,822,000, respectively, of various series of their notes on June 24, according to filings with the London Stock Exchange.

The following Fortress Credit Investments I notes will be redeemed:

• $92 million of class A-1 original term notes plus $135,509.36 of accrued interest;

• $52 million of class A-2 original notes plus $111,894.47 of accrued interest;

• $56 million of class B original notes plus $180,452.84 of accrued interest;

• $108,234,000 of class A-1 new term notes plus $159,420.87 of accrued interest;

• $61,176,000 of class A-2 new notes plus $131,639.54 of accrued interest; and

• $65,882,000 of class B new notes plus $255,302.63 of accrued interest.

The following Fortress Credit Investments II notes will be redeemed:

• $23 million of class A-1 original term notes plus $33,877.34 of accrued interest;

• $13 million of class A-2 original notes plus $27,973.62 of accrued interest;

• $14 million of class B original notes plus $45,113.21 of accrued interest;

• $27,058,000 of class A-1 new term notes plus $39,854.48 of accrued interest;

• $15,294,000 of class A-2 new notes plus $32,909.88 of accrued interest; and

• $16.47 million of class B new notes plus $63,823.72 of accrued interest.
