Niswonger continues to invest in Green Bankshares

Charlotte, N.C., June 16 - Scott M. Niswonger bought 143,585 shares of Green Bankshares, Inc. for a total ownership interest in the company of 6.1%.

The shares were acquired between April 30 and June 12 priced from $16.45 to $21.33 each, it was reported in a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Niswonger beneficially owns 792,700 shares of the Greeneville, Tenn., bank holding company.
