NextEra Energy Capital calls $350 million series E debentures in full

Kansas City, Kan., Aug. 3 - NextEra Energy Capital Holdings Inc. will redeem all of its $350 million series E junior subordinated debentures due 2067, according to a news release.

The debentures will be redeemed on Sept. 4 at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon is the agent.

The issuer is a subsidiary of NextEra Energy, Inc., a power generation and transmission company based in Juno Beach, Fla.
