Bank of Ireland redeems securities from four series in July

Minneapolis, July 25 - Bank of Ireland announced several redemptions, according to filings with the London Stock Exchange.

The Bank of Ireland Mortgage Bank repurchased €2.9 million of its 4.625% series 17 fixed-rate mortgage-covered securities due Sept. 16, 2014 (ISIN: XS0451805906) on July 2. Following the transaction, €1,403,100,000 remains outstanding.

The Bank of Ireland repurchased €70 million of its series 18 senior fixed-rate notes due April 1, 2015 (ISIN: XS0499998796) on July 10. Following the transaction, €5 million remains outstanding.

The Bank of Ireland Global Markets repurchased €400 million of its series 699 three-month Euribor notes due July 30, 2012 (ISIN: XS0776260340) on July 19. Following the transaction, €1.8 billion remains outstanding.

The Bank of Ireland Global Markets also repurchased all €1.83 billion of its series 698 three-month Euribor notes due July 27, 2012 (ISIN: XS0776259177) on July 19, leaving no notes remaining in the series.

The issuers are members of Dublin-based Bank of Ireland Group.
