Banco Santander tenders for up to €750 million of 33 note series

Chicago, April 16 - Banco Santander, SA began a cash tender offer to purchase up to €750 million of 33 series of fixed-rate securities, totaling €6 billion, issued by securitization funds managed by Santander de Titulizacion, SGFT, SA.
Holders must specify the number and outstanding principal amount of the securities as well as the price at which the notes are tendered under the offer.
The securities, along with the pool factor and minimum price, are listed in the table below.
The tender offer will end at 11 a.m. ET on April 24.

The bank also will pay accrued interest to but excluding the settlement date, which is expected to be April 27.
The offers will help manage the group's outstanding liabilities and strengthen its balance sheet and are also designed to provide liquidity to the holders, according to a press release by the Madrid-based bank.
