Bank of Ireland buys back all €35 million series 1 floaters due 2016

Kansas City, Kan., April 5 - Bank of Ireland repurchased all €35 million outstanding of its floating-rate series 1 covered bonds due Sept. 30, 2016, according to a filing with the Irish Stock Exchange.
The repurchase was completed March 30.
Bank of Ireland is a Dublin-based retail and commercial bank.
