GS Real Estate Mezzanine Partners Offshore calls $10.2 million notes

Minneapolis, March 21 - GS Real Estate Mezzanine Partners Offshore Fund, LP will redeem $10,213,810.48 of its delayed-draw floating-rate notes due September 2016, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The notes will be redeemed on March 23.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.
