SBAB Bank plans to buy back SEK 372 million of notes by Feb. 29

Minneapolis, Feb. 29 - SBAB Bank AB will complete an early repurchase of SEK 372 million of notes, according to a press release.

The bank planned to buy back all SEK 192 million of notes (ISIN: XS0454707505). Following the Feb. 20 transaction, SEK 8 million will remain.

The bank will also buy back SEK 180 million of notes (ISIN: XS0505153626). Following the Feb. 29 transaction, SEK 3,308,000,000 will remain.

SBAB is a Stockholm-based provider of loans and savings services.
