Fund American calls $269.86 million of 5.875% senior notes in full

Minneapolis, Dec. 7 - Fund American Cos., Inc. called $269,864,000 of its 5.875% senior notes due 2013 in full, according to a notice.

The bonds, which are guaranteed by White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd., will be redeemed at 102.245193 plus applicable premium on Dec. 10.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee or agent.

Fund American is a Boston-based subsidiary of White Mountains Insurance, a Bermuda-domiciled financial services holding company.
