Pohjola Bank calls €150 million, £100 million of upper tier 2 notes

Minneapolis, Oct. 19 - Pohjola Bank plc plans to redeem €150 million and £100 million of its upper tier 2 perpetual subordinated notes, according to a news release.
The €150 million notes, which were issued in November 2005, will be redeemed in November, and the £100 million notes, issued in June 2007, will be redeemed in December.
The Helsinki, Finland, financial services company provides banking, asset management and non-life insurance services.
