AT&T to redeem all of its 6.375% senior notes due 2056

Minneapolis, Jan. 13 - AT&T Inc. plans to redeem all of its 6.375% senior notes due Feb. 15, 2056, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Feb. 15.

AT&T expects the total cash payment to be about $1,219,000,000, including principal of about $1.2 billion and accrued interest of about $19 million, according to the filing.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

AT&T is a Dallas-based telecommunications company.
