Holders of Carlyle's class A, B and C notes exercise put option

San Diego, July 12 - Holders of a majority of Carlyle Credit Partners Financing I, Ltd. and Carlyle Credit Partners Financing I Corp.'s class A senior secured floating-rate notes due April 25, 2020, class B senior secured floating-rate notes due April 25, 2020, class C secured deferrable floating-rate notes due April 25, 2020 and preferred shares have exercised their put option on the securities, according to a filing with the Irish Stock Exchange.

The redemptions will occur on July 25. Proceeds from the liquidation of the assets and from refinancing proceeds will fund the redemptions.

The redemption price for the class A notes will be par plus accrued interest and the applicable make-whole amount. The class B notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest. The class C notes will be redeemed at par, which will include any previously capitalized deferred interest, plus accrued interest on the principal and on the deferred interest.

The preferred shares will not be redeemed on the redemption date, the announcement said.

The trustee is Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA.
