Centurion CDO VI calls 12 series of securities for Nov. 7 redemption

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 24 - Centurion CDO VI Ltd. and co-issuer Centurion CDO VI Corp. will redeem 12 series of their securities on Nov. 7, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The securities to be redeemed and their redemption prices are as follows:

• Class A notes at par plus accrued interest;

• Class B-1 notes at par plus the applicable redemption premium and accrued interest;

• Class B-2 notes at par plus accrued interest;

• Class C notes at par plus accrued interest;

• Class D-1 notes at par plus the applicable redemption premium and accrued interest;

• Class D-2 notes at par plus the applicable redemption premium and accrued interest;

• Class D-3 notes at par plus accrued interest;

• Class E notes at par plus the applicable redemption premium and accrued interest;

• Class G blended securities. The redemption price will be an amount equal to the portion of the class E note redemption price allocable to the class G blended securities on the basis of the amount of the class E note component plus the amount distributable on the redemption date with respect to the preference shares component;

• Class H blended securities. The redemption price will be an amount equal to the portion of the class B-1 note redemption price allocable to the class H blended securities on the basis of the amount of the class B-1 note component plus the amount distributable on the redemption date with respect to the preference shares component;

• Class J blended securities. The redemption price will be an amount equal to the portion of the class C note redemption price and the class D-3 note redemption price allocable to the class J blended securities on the basis of the amount of the class C note component and the class D-3 note component; and

• Preference shares. The redemption price will be determined in accordance with the terms of the indenture.

The issuers received consent from the holders of a supermajority of the preference shares to redeem the securities in whole on any payment date beginning in November.
