Sveriges Bostadsfin repurchases some of its 540, 538 and 528 notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 1 - Sveriges Bostadsfin said it recently bought back some of its notes.

The company repurchased SEK 200 million of its SEK 900 million in series 540 notes due Nov. 10, 2010 (ISIN: XS0465532256) on Sept. 1, €25 million of its €600 million in series 538 notes due Sept. 27, 2011 (ISIN: XS0460313348) on Aug. 31 and €25 million of its €937.74 million in series 528 notes due Feb. 14, 2011 (ISIN: XS0465532256) on Aug. 31.

After the repurchase, SEK 700 million of the 540 notes, €575 million of the 538 notes and €912.74 million of the 528 notes remain outstanding.

The Swedish housing finance corporation is based in Stockholm.
