Fannie Mae calls medium-term notes totaling $1.08 billion at par

Milwaukee, May 28 - Fannie Mae announced that it will redeem a total of about $1.08 billion of its medium-term notes.
Fannie Mae said in a news release that the redemption price will be the principal amount plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.
Affected are the following securities:
• $50 million of 5.4% notes due June 7, 2012, to be redeemed June 7;
• $250 million of 1.43% notes due Dec. 8, 2011, to be redeemed June 8;
• $25 million of 1.15% notes due June 8, 2011, to be redeemed June 8;
• $100 million of 3.02% notes due Dec. 8, 2014, to be redeemed June 8;
• $25 million of 4% notes due March 10, 2014, to be redeemed June 10;
• $25 million of 2% notes due June 10, 2015, to be redeemed June 10;
• $50 million of 3.06% notes due Dec. 10, 2014, to be redeemed June 10; and
• $550 million of 4.75% notes due June 10, 2019, to be redeemed June 10.
