Jaguar Mining redeems remaining C$878,000 10½% notes due 2012

Chicago, Nov. 30 - Jaguar Mining Inc. said it redeemed the remaining C$878,000 principal amount of its 10½% secured notes due March 23, 2012.

The company redeemed the notes outstanding after its tender offer and consent solicitation that began on Oct. 20 and expired on Nov. 17. In the tender offer, Jaguar repurchased C$85,372,000, or 99%, of the notes.

Concord, N.H.-based Jaguar Mining is a gold mining company.
