Graphic Packaging to launch pro rata extension, repricing on Thursday

New York, Aug. 21 - Graphic Packaging International Inc. is scheduled to hold a call on Thursday to launch an extension of the maturity on its revolving credit facility and term loan A to 2018 from 2017 and reduce pricing by 25 basis points, according to sources.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch is the lead bank on the deal.

Graphic Packaging is a Marietta, Ga.-based provider of packaging services for food, beverage and other consumer products companies.
