Golub Capital intends to sell senior notes via four bookrunners

Los Angeles, Sept. 29 – Golub Capital BDC, Inc. plans to price an offering of senior notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and MUFG are the joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used primarily to repay outstanding debt.

The business development company is based in New York.
