Global Ship Lease shareholder sells 485,225 shares, cuts stake to 9.3%

Charlotte, N.C., July 28 - A group of Global Ship Lease, Inc. investors led by Integrated Core Strategies (US) LLC sold 485,225 shares of the company's stock between June 4 and July 27 priced from $0.10 to $2.24 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday.

The investors beneficially own 4,684,483 shares, or 9.3%, of the New York-based company's outstanding stock.

Global Ship Lease owns and charters containerships to container liner companies.
