Global Auto Logistiques €100 mln notes likely in November

By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Mo., Oct18 - Global Auto Logistiques SA appears headed to market with an offering of €100 million of notes sometime during November and will possibly take to the road during the week of Nov. 5 or the following week, a syndicate source told Prospect News.

The deal was downsized from its initial €125 million amount, added the source, who attributed the downsizing to "market conditions."

The source said that ratings for the deal are expected prior to the commencement of the roadshow.

Books on the UK auto logistics company's deal are being run by CIBC, with co-managers ING Barings and West LB.
