Republic of Georgia intends to issue $500 million 10-year bonds

Atlanta, Nov. 2 - The Republic of Georgia plans to issue $500 million of 10-year bonds, a market source said Tuesday.

The deal is expected to come to market as soon as 2011 but could be pushed into 2012, the source said.

No other details were available Tuesday.
