Harbinger Capital ownership of GeoEye drops to 18.2%

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 10 - Investors led by Harbinger Capital Partners Master Fund I, Ltd. further decreased their ownership stake in GeoEye, Inc., this time to 18.2% from 20.2%, according to a schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday.

The investors now own 3,383,432 shares of GeoEye, down from 3,759,536 shares on Friday.

On Sept. 24, the investors held 5,658,951 shares, or 30.5%, of GeoEye.

Based in Birmingham, Ala., GeoEye sells remote-sensing technologies and satellite imagery.
