New Issue: Genomic Health prices $60.2 million IPO at $12 per share

New York, Sept. 28 - Genomic Health, Inc. priced its $60.2 million initial public offering at $12.00 per share.

The deal came at the low end of talk which put the price at $12 to $14 per share.

The Redwood City, Calif., producer of genomic-based clinical diagnostic tests sold 5,016,722 shares. There is a greenshoe for a further 752,508 shares.

J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Lehman Brothers Inc. were joint bookrunners. Piper Jaffray & Co., Thomas Weisel Partners LLC and JMP Securities LLC were co-managers.
