Investor Alan Powers reports passive stake of 19.5% in Genitope

Philadelphia, Dec. 22 - Investor Alan Powers reported an investment of 19.5% in Genitope Corp. as of Dec. 10, according to an SC 13G filing.

That represents a passive stake of 8,125,370 shares.

Fremont, Calif.-based Genitope is a biotechnology company specializing on the research and development of novel immunotherapies for the treatment of cancer.
