Millenco reports 6.2% stake in Genesis HealthCare

Charlotte, N.C., July 9 - Genesis HealthCare Corp. stockholders led by Millenco, LLC and Millennium Management, LLC purchased 913,885 shares of the company's stock between May 7 and July 6, priced from $2.60 to $68.78 per share, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The reporting persons beneficially own 1,233,820 shares, or 6.2%, of the company's outstanding stock. Genesis is a Kennett Square, Pa.-based provider of long-term care services and centers.
